Thermoplastic Wire with Nylon (THHN)
An annealed solid or stranded copper conductor coated with Lead-Free PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and jacketed with tough Polyamide (Nylon). It can be used in both dry and wet locations not exceeding the conductor temperature of 90°C and 75°C, respectively, and with a circuit voltage of up to 600 volts. Its nylon jacket offers higher resistance to oil and petroleum by-products; it also offers a smooth finish for easier conduit installation and application. Furthermore, it is also applicable for building wiring, feeder, branch circuits, and internal secondary industrial distribution.
